Recently, like so many other children in the world, Hannah had her first day of pre-school. This is Hannah's second year and she is attending the same place that she attended last year, Grace Lutheran Church.
Because these children are young 3 1/2 - 5 or so, they start out slowly. The first day, they only stay for an hour, running through their daily routine quickly, as all the parents look on. A normal week of school consists of 2 hours each day, 3 times weekly.
Hannah was eager to go, as she knew both teachers from last year. Also, a couple of the girls that were in her afternoon class last year have also switched to the morning class this year, so she had some more familiarity. She was a little apprehensive because of all of the new children's faces, but quickly fell into the groove.
You will notice that I have quite a few more pictures of Hannah's first day of school than Kristin's. This isn't because I love Hannah more, it's just she was a more willing subject and I got to stay longer at her school. Kristin, as of late, tries as hard as she can to stay out as many pictures as she can.
Ellie had a fun time too, on Hannah's first day. ;-)

Uh.....Kristin staying OUT of pictures?? Has she been running a fever? Fallen and hit her head?? That doesn't sound like OUR Kristin!! And I can't believe how many of Hannah's pictures look like Tylie this time around.
