Leavenworth, Washington Oktoberfest

A couple of weekends ago, we decided we'd take a little roadtrip. Kristin had a day off of school and Ryan took a day off of work. We decided to head south and east, towards the Cascades to a little town called Leavenworth. It's a small little town in the foothills of the mountains set to look like a German town in Bavaria. They were in the last weekend of an Oktoberfest when we were there. The ride over was beautiful, full of views of the mountains and changing leaves. I think everyone had an enjoyable time and girls loved pretending we were in Germany. They asked a couple of times if we needed our passports. Enjoy the pics.

It's actually her cheese look, however, it does look more like a pirate now that you mention it!
